- Brian Roberts, PT from our HSS Sports Rehab Provided by Stamford Health - Harbor Point to demo proper stretching before exercises.
- Romulo Vasquez, MD, primary care, family and sports medicine-board-certified physician at Stamford Health's new Walk-In Center at Harbor Point will speak about the importance of establishing a primary care physician, the new walk-in center's capabilities and demonstrate proper blood pressures.

- Maxout – This class pushes athletes to muscle MAXOUT to increase strength capacity, fire up metabolism, and build confidence with Ottis Lewis by Life Time Stamford.

- Revolution Training Boxing 101 – Fundamentals of boxing. All levels are welcome, with Ahmad Mickens, Owner by Revolution Training.

- Core + Glutes - will focus on muscular endurance with high reps that we have you repeat to form great glutes and a strong core with Monica Concha by Chelsea Piers Athletic Club.
- 4:15pm – 5:00pm
