SOUND BATH MEDITATION - A Sound Bath Meditation is an immersive experience that uses harmonious tones and vibrations from crystal singing bowls to promote relaxation and inner peace. Participants lie down comfortably as waves of sound wash over them, helping to quiet the mind, release the tension, and restore energetic balance.

FEATURING THE STAMFORD MOMS OBSTACLE COURSE
Bring the kids to jump, balance and play at the Stamford Moms Obstacle Course in the Kid Zone! Whether they want to navigate through the tunnel to the mini ball pit, play ring toss or balance on the stepping stones, there are multiple activities to choose from! Your child will choose three to complete for a medal! Activities will be appropriate for children toddler through elementary school. Plus, we will have toys to play with in the sand box and bubbles!
